Booking Disclaimer Thank you for your reservation! Before you finalise your booking request, please carefully review the following terms and conditions: Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card and debit card and bank transfer. You will receive an invoice by email and will be able to see this on your portal. Please ensure that your payment details are correct to avoid any issues. Cancellation and Refunds: For nannying and babysitting and general pet services cancellations made at least 2 days before your scheduled date are eligible for payment being credited to your account. For event childcare and pet care and overnight sitting cancellations made at least 28 days before your scheduled date are eligible for payment being credited to your account. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the booking. Booking Modifications: Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments. Accuracy of Information: Verify all booking details, including dates, times, and personal information, before confirming. Any errors should be reported within 24 hours of booking for correction. Special Requests: Any special requests or requirements should be communicated at the time of booking.
