Until real estate review the property to decide whether or not it is clean enough, I won’t be able to comment. I can comment however on the company. I called over 6 times this week and no one ever called me back. I had full payment taken from my card without notice before the job had even commenced. Customer service has been very poor and I will not be recommending your company.

MaggieZ did an extraordinary job in cleaning a much lived in home and restoring it to a pristine condition.

Cleaner was very good. Would have appreciated a bit more notice about the delay on scheduled day of service. Tried to phone the company. No answer, call just seemed to be continuously on call-forward - this is hopeless. And was bombarded with emails.

Daisy was lovely to deal with and did a great job with the clean generally, but disappointingly the renters had to return and clean the walls and floors themselves as the product that was used during the clean by Daisy left a powder substance all over the walls and black marks on the Lino floors.

Our Cleaner was excellent. Such a professional job and was highly impressed. He did rock up late, however gave me a courteous call to explain his situation. Would have him clean for me again. The company was terrible. It was so difficult to get ahold of them. The booked cleaner was out with Covid 3 days before my cleaning booking and they never informed me (waited for an hour and called multiple times, left messages but no one answered). Took me multiple days to finally get hold of them after the first failed cleaning appointment. The company rescheduled my cleaning appointment twice without consulting with me first. And the cleaning price was way over priced for the terrible customer service. Amongst all this hassle there was never an apology. Such bad customer service and wouldn't book with them again.

Clive is the most professional cleaner ever engaged with ! He is so thorough and take our job very seriously. It was not an easy job to finish but he just delivered with quality. I highly recommend Clive and so delightful to work with him. Thanks for the hard work.

The cleaning was exceptional. was very impressed on what they managed to accomplish with a unit that had not been cleaned or looked after for 15 years, so thank you. The only additional feedback I have is to make sure that the curtains are put back up

What fabulous work! We were very happy with the professional cleaning and commitment of Novisi and his colleague. The end of lease clean of our large 5 bed 4 bath home was an even bigger job than we appreciated and they tackled it all with a friendly can-do attitude. We were particularly happy with the care Novisi and colleague took with the varied wood surfaces in our property.

We appreciated Novisi's understanding while we moved a few items out of the property while he was cleaning. Very friendly and did a good job.

Worst experience with a bond cleaner ever. I have never had so much incompetence from one company before!! To not answer a phone call or text for 3 days and then to charge my card without a invoice. I’m sure this won’t be posted but the amount of people I am telling my story to and recommending they go ANYWHERE but to this company will do enough damage. I will continue to call and message until I get a response or I will have my solicitor and lawyer make the calls.
