Our service includes:
- Kitchen - All cupboards cleaned inside and out; floors vacuumed, mopped and sanitized; oven cleaned in & out (extra charge); stove top, range hood; sink, surfaces and tiles; inside windows (extra charge), all ledges, frames, skirting boards and cobwebs removed (extra charge)
- Bathrooms - Clean and disinfect all floors and surfaces; remove lime-scale from any tiles, toilets, baths, showers, sinks, and shower doors or screens; wipe down all mirrors, steel fixtures, skirting and frames
- Bedrooms - Vacuum/mop all floors; clean inside windows (extra charge); remove litter; dust and clean all sills, ledges, skirting, and frames; clean all cupboards/wardrobes; remove cobwebs; wipe down doors; clean mirrors
- Living Areas & Hallways - Vacuum/mop all floors; clean mirrors; clean inside windows (extra charge); wipe down all frames, skirting boards and fixtures; clean and sanitise all surfaces; remove cobwebs; remove litter; clean out cupboards
- We work to the standard to have the cleaning accepted by your landlord and real estate agent. However, we do not offer a bond back guarantee as this is an hourly charged service

Things we don't do as standard but can do upon request in advance
- Building materials, paint and waste removal
- Lifting heavy items and furniture
- Laundry cleaning service
- Areas not accessible - such as ceilings, lights.
- Washing dishes
If you require any of the items above to be done please make it clear when making the booking so our cleaners can come prepared as most cleaners don't have the ability to do such work. If no advance notice is given we can’t guarantee that our cleaners will be able to preform all the non-standard work listed above.
We clean up to real estate standards to help you get your bond back!
Since this service is charged by time, if your landlord isn’t happy with the clean our team is ready to return to clean any missed items, and you will only be charged for the extra time taken to clean, without having to pay the minimum booking charges again. It's your responsibility to ensure we have access to return to the property, even if your lease has ended, to clean or redo any items that might have been missed or are unsatisfactory.
Our guarantee is only valid when feedback is made within 48 hours after the clean is complete as items can get dusty and dirty again very quickly. It is your responsibility to ensure that your landlord checks the property quickly after our team has completed their work.
We interview all our cleaners and perform background checks, we also provide training to ensure a high quality of service. Our cleaners are highly qualified and experienced, and have performed hundreds of end of lease cleaning services in Australia.
We have extensive experience with end of tenancy cleaning and understand exactly what landlords and agents are looking for during the inspection at the end of the tenancy. Our cleaning is done to a standard to help ensure that your deposit is returned unless the property has sustained damage during your tenancy. Our guarantee only covers the cleanliness and does not cover any damage sustained.
