caring approach. Elise ensures each treatment is tailored to the clients' needs with their comfort being the

number one priority.

With a keen interest in health and wellbeing, Elise enjoys supporting her clients by using a wide range of

techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to treat common aches and pains and

slower relaxation techniques for those wanting to de-stress and wind down. Elise has had experience

working in private clinics and women’s wellness retreats. She is a Registered Nurse and in her spare time

enjoys running, playing soccer and reading.
