Supervised Changeover & Transport Services
At Link Kin, we understand that this may be a challenging period of adjustment for your family. Our top priority is the well-being of your children, and we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and seamless transition during supervised changeovers and transport services. Our role is to facilitate a structured and professional process while ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Booking Information
This booking can be completed by the parent requesting the service or their legal representative. By submitting the required details, Link Kin will gain a clear understanding of court-ordered or mutually agreed-upon visitation arrangements. Please note that Link Kin does not engage in negotiations between parties—any agreements must be arranged through the parents and/or their legal representatives.
We prioritise your child's safety and comfort during the changeover process, offering the following options:
- Face-to-Face Changeover: Suitable when no ADVO/AVO orders are in place. The supervisor oversees the transition as the child moves between parents/guardians.
- No Face-to-Face Changeover: Parents remain in separate areas, and the supervisor facilitates the transition without direct interaction.
- Transportation Service: The supervisor transports the child directly between parents/guardians to ensure a smooth and safe transition.
Our Commitment to Your Child’s Well-Being
Unlike conventional service providers, Link Kin places a strong emphasis on the comfort and emotional well-being of children during visits and transport. We offer:
- Sensory Toys – To support children’s emotional and sensory needs, creating a calming and engaging experience.
- Refreshments – Provided based on service duration and distance, ensuring children remain comfortable throughout the process.
Service Rates & Fees
- Supervised Changeovers (within 15 km of Wollongong): $139 per changeover (to/from).
- Comprehensive Report Writing: $40 per report.
- Child Transport Service: No extra cost for transport within 15 km.
- Additional Mileage (outside 15 km radius): $2 per km.

Once we receive your booking, we will schedule your intake interview at your preferred time and date. This interview provides an overview of our service, its limitations, and ensures all requirements are met before commencing support.

By booking our service online, you agree to the Service Agreement attached in this booking. Alternatively, the agreement can be signed and emailed separately.
