Standard Cleaning

Didn’t vacuum behind doors and didn’t clean as I expected. Talked a lot about her daughter and her going to school to be a nurse. She did put a Salon Pas on my back for me.

She did a very good job in the two hour window. I was very happy with her work and would like her to come again.

You can't talk to anybody live anymore, it's just some AI customer service agent. When you ask to be transferred to a live person, the line just goes silent. The cleaner did show up on time and I did get to talk to her on the phone, but I would have liked to go over everything before she arrived. When she was done, i got no followup, except for an automated text. But nothing about what she did or the condition of the house or even if she was able to do everything requested. I've used Speedycleans a few times in the past, but this will absolutely be the last time I ever use them. Service like this is completely unacceptable.

Speedycleans' Stephanie (dispatcher) and Karen (field worker) saved my day, week, and month. Upon Angi's referral, Stephanie quickly scheduled Karen to my house. I needed help getting my house clean and organized. Karen was / is punctual, diligent, and a problem solver. She deep cleaned the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen and made them shine. Karen changed the bedding and washed / dried / folded the dirty linen. She vacuumed the mats, rugs, and carpeting, and she deep cleaned the hard floors. Karen dusted and wiped surfaces, and she helped me wash dishes. Karen went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion and exceeded my expectations. She is a great asset to Speedycleans and us customers.

She clean really good.

The cleaners were pleasant however the service was not great at all. I was scheduled for one cleaner to arrive at 12pm but I received a call at 11:41am stating that the cleaner was on the way and was bringing another cleaner to ensure that the two hour timeframe was met. Before signing the agreement I called back to confirm pricing. I was told that it would be $120 for two hours and an additional $60 for any extra hour. Both the cleaners arrived on time but I allowed them to use some of my supplies to clean and cleaned up along with them to reorganize and get things out of their way. However after an hour and a half they finished the job and left. Nothing was completed or put back into place. I called to advise of the awkward situation and although they apologized for the inconvenience I was still charged $150 for the service. I was advised that because two cleaners came I would essentially be charged for three hours because I’m paying for both cleaners and I was provided with a discount to make it the $150. I am really upset because I have spent all this money to still be up cleaning my place for the rest of the day. I have attached the “after” pictures for reference.

The team was respectful. I think rushing to finish the job lots was missed. I has to have her resist the furniture. Cleaning should never be rushed if it’s to be done properly. They were nice.

Jammari was on time. He was very professional. Once he was shown the areas to be cleaned he started immediately and did not stop until completion. The were left completely clean and smelled amazing. I would definitely recommend or hire him again. He’s top notch in all areas.

I’m very upset! I communicated what I wanted and definitely didn’t get it. Communication was horrible. First cleaner didn’t show up. I was told someone else would come between 2-4pm and then got a call from the cleaner at 7pm that she was there. Didn’t start until 7:25 and was done before 9pm and I so how got charged for 2.5 hours.

Audra did a wonderful job. Most of your cleaners are similarly excellent. The only problem I have with speedycleans is that you ALMOST ALWAYS send me an E-mail with the incorrect date. Then I write back and you send me one with the correct date. Sometimes a cleaner will show up at the wrong date, but this is rare. Is there any way that you can schedule my cleanings for one time every three weeks? Thank you.

Always have a great experience with Suzanne. Her work is excellent and done in a timely manner. Gets along well with my dog. She is always pleasant and willing to do last minute tasks as I need them. I trust her and would not have a problem leaving her alone while I ran an errand.

Excellent service

She did an excellent job on the main floor bathroom. She emptied everything that wasn't nailed down. She clean the bathroom from top to bottom. She cleaned all the shelves and placed the items in their proper place. She put up a new shower curtain I bought and never got around to hanging it. She had a very pleasant disposition.

She did an excellent job in the kitchen. There was some spare time left over so she organized my new spice racks without me asking. She also did some high dusting and she lemon pledged the shelves. My house smells great too.

The field worker was excellent, and I highly appreciated her coming out when she did. I did however have my whole day wasted as my cleaning was rescheduled multiple times thru the day.

I will not be using your service again. I will find a LOCAL cleaner who runs their own business. The number one reason: your cleaners receive a pitiful amount of the fee. They should get the bigger portion of the $ since they do the actual work. You are ripping them off instead of supporting people who need and want to work independently. And this resulted in poor results. #2. You did your part of the service very poorly. What should have been a very straight forward booking was fraught with your seeming confusion. The result: the cleaner I was told would arrive between 8 and 10 am hadn't even been contracted yet at that time. Consequently, she didn't arrive until almost noon! Your several phone calls to me in the interim did not make up for this mismanagement. 3. At the rate I was charged, I feel like I should have gotten a much more thorough cleaning job. Instead the cleaner worked quickly, but sloppily. Low pay equals low expectations, IMO. OVERALL, I am disappointed in my experience with your service. Jan Kappes

Very pleased with Ralph and coworker They got a lot done They were good company and business minded I was extremely pleased to get scheduled immediately. I will recommend your service I had a difficult time completing your signup I had to do it twice. A follow up call to help with your administration came when I was still resentful regarding my difficulties in signing up.

Friendly, helpful did good work. She also helped me put my fitted sheet on my bed.

They did not get to the half bath but were told to just work for an hour and a half. We would like to schedule our next cleaning for 11/24 or 11/25
