Move In/Out Cleaning

Great communication and adaptability due to address being incorrect.

I was disappointed with the cleaning service I received. My apartment is brand new, so there honestly was not much that needed to be done. However, the cleaner was there for two hours and it felt like most of that time was not used effectively. I am barely home, so I am just now noticing that the apartment was not properly cleaned. The same hair that was left in my shower is still there, and there are still areas with trash on the floor. Since the apartment is new, it is very easy to notice what was missed. I am not sure if dishes are included in their service, but my previous cleaning lady completed much more within the same two-hour timeframe. Overall, I expected a more thorough cleaning and was not satisfied with the service.
