Cleaning & Sealing

Very friendly, efficient and professional. Happy with final results. Thank you

Daniel was a fantastic Technician he was very pleasant and his eye for the detail has left my games room slate floor looking better now than when it was first laid. Daniel was excellent in all aspects of the job today. Thank you Carmelo

Very happy with Janaka's work, professionalism, communication

Excellent work by Masan and he was very good in communicating how the job is done and how to care for the area in the future.

Not all stains removed, must confess, I was expecting a better result. Masan was great, just giving it some time to dry out and settle before I pass any judgement on quality. My area certainly look much cleaner

Massan was punctual and very friendly. Offered expert advice regarding ongoing msintainance. Highly recommend

Janaka was professional, courteous and happy to do as asked woth moving heavy objects. They were on time and used their time efficiently.

Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and very willing to provide after care advice on maintaining the floor surface. Cheers! Colleen

Extremely satisfied with the arrangement made for us by Ben and by the skill, punctuality and workmanship of the technician Jin and his partner Julia. Our slate floor now looks like new and it was done in the time that most of the furniture was out of the room due to another job. Well done and thank you.

Moorthy was fantastic - he was on time, polite, and did an absolutely awesome job!! Can definitely recommend!

Massan was excellent, very happy with what he done, and he left the job leaving no mess and was a delightful person. I guess I’m out of touch with the cost of work these days, but for one man to clean a maximum of 15sq/m of limestone walling and taking just two and a half hours for $880 seemed excessive with only minimal materials used. That aside I was very happy with the result of Massan’s work. Cheers, John.

Technician was very nice, professional, did a great job

I was very happy with the final result of my clean tiles and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service. Great result!

Masan arrived early. That was great. He explained the procedure very well. He was very polite and courteous.

Cannot speak more highly of Daniel, he was polite, efficient and friendly. He explained the whole process thoroughly andalso gave us tips to keep our tiles well maintained. Highly recommend.

Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable about terracotta floor tiles, what to expect and how to care for them to keep them in good condition. I would definitely recommend him.

Thank you Parminder, well done, good job

I initially rung Tile and Grout Pro as the people had originally commissioned to do the job cancelled on me a few days in advance. I originally rang just for advice but amazingly they were able to get me booked in for a service on such short notice. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of customer service, and Daniel did an absolutely amazing job on the floor. We have just purchased the property recently and the floors were VERY gross after what I imagine was quite long period of dirt buildup and improper care . Daniel worked very hard to get this floor looking great and we appreciate his hard work. Thank you everyone so much.

Work done on Monday, 8th June 2026. The slate was originally laid in 1999, and the last reseal done in 2012. We are very happy with the results, ended up going with a gloss rather than a matt finish at Daniels suggestion and it has worked out well.

Excellent results, brought a very bad bunch of untreated sandstone sitting in the elements for 10 years back to near new. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks again

Garth, John and Clara were professional and provide good service. As identified in the photos there are areas and holes overlooked that will need to be rectified when they are back in the area.

The whole experience was positive from start to finish. The workmanship is outstanding.

We were really happy with the service (and the outcome).

A very professional and efficient service. We have used Tile and Grout before. Each time has had an excellent outcome. Will certainly use them again for our granite courtyard.

Excellent communication left nothing in doubt. On time, professional interactions

Daniel was great very informative on time and politely mannered, it was a bonus to have someone like Daniel to do the job.

Absolutely wrapped how great it looks. Daniel was friendly and definitely knew his stuff. The floors look like brand new. Worth every cent having professionals do the job properly.

Excellent service and a great result. Our sandstone paving looks like new again. Thanks very much.

Daniel did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough and made sure all our concerns were addressed. He was very courteous and we would use him again without hesitation. We are delighted with the results.

Thanks Massan. You did a great job.

Top job nice bloke

Daniel (Technician in WA), did a fanstic job and quality work, and so informative and helpful regarding slate etc. Absolutely value for money and you couldn't of got a better technician as Daniel, lovely, genuine and knows his work, and listen Attentively to his customers, and very focus on completley his work "affectionately". Love the end results its beatiful.

Thanks for a very thorough and high quality job. The results are much better than we expected and have refreshed the tiled area.

Good work done

Jin was very professional in both his organisation and the work he did. Highly recommended.

Daniel was very efficient and friendly, with lots of helpful advice about how to maintain our tiles. Thanks a lot!

Any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. I had to reschedule at one point and it was very easy to do that. Jim was clearly very experienced and gave us some good advice on the day of how to make it work thank you.

I would highly recommend Darren to all my family and friends. He was on time, polite and very professional. He also gave us very valuable information on how to keep our slate looking as good at is does the day it was done. Dealing with Stone Master was a pleasure, they were informative, helpful and kept in contact with us every step on the way. It was so refreshing to deal with a company and person who cared. Thank you

The team was professional and friendly. Worked quickly/hard and communicted well and knew their products and how to work with tiles. Our only issue was clean up. Our yard/ grass was impacted with waste water and epoxy grout, which lead to epoxy being walked into house on shoes. Small issue of epoxy ending up on door handles, walls, hoses and nozzles. Overall a good experience and were happy with the results. Our grass is recovering but we shouldn't have had to clean up. Would highly recommend this team (with a little attention to keeping it clean)

The men completing the work were courteous and reliable. Overall the work was satisfactory.however minor grout cracking and breakage was reported via 3 voice messages and an email with no response. When I was finally able to speak to a member of staff I was asked to forward my photos and request for the matters attention to complaints. Disappointing as I saw this matter as one that simple required a conversation with an appropriate person. We have not heard back from the complaints department.

My only complaint is the mess that has been left behind. My front door was covered in white splatters which I am having trouble removing, and it now looks like it is damaging the finish on the door. The windows and balcony tiles are also filthy and I am not sure how to clean them as the splattering is quite gritty. We tried to call to ask the question and have had no reply. The wall itself looks great.

Daniel was great from the moment he arrived. Explaining the process and the job as a whole.

Jin did a great job, my travatine floor tiles have come up new !

Daniel was very professional, took his time to explain what he was going to do, explain how to maintain the floor and everything was left clean and tidy.

It's a very good job done expertly by Madu, thanks for restoring the Travertines.

Chris was great … and very helpful. I think he did the job well but was hard to understand

Fantastic service thankyou Daniel I highly recommend Daniel.

Daniel was prompt, on time, efficient, affable and very pleasant to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and the Company to other customers needing slate to Be cleaned, sealed and brought back to life, a great experience!!

Madu was polite, friendly and did a very thorough job

Moorthy was absolutely wonderful. He was quick and efficient, and did an impeccable job. He was great at communicating the steps he was taking and what to expect afterwards. Thank you Moorthy!

I am pleased with the work that Madu did. It was difficult to understand at times what he was saying. He didn't always arrive when he said he would but that could have been a communication issue. I have one question. What product can I use to remove Silicone from the shiny tiles in the bathroom.

Technician was excellent - on time, great communication, and perfect outcome. Nothing was too hard for him. Thank you.

It was a difficult job to get the stains out of the tiles. The cleaner worked hard and the tiles look good with the sealer.

Great communication, great service, great outcome at a fantastic price. Thank you

Jin Ban was very punctual. He explained the job well and was happy to answer my questions. It is an expensive process buf it was explained that the products used are the best quality.

My job was completed perfectly and without issue; my area looks clean and well presented Team were lovely Communication with company has been excellent I would certainly recommend your services to family and friends Will

Great experience all around. Managed to squeeze us in before Christmas which was much appreciated. Great communication and super easy to deal with. Highly recommend them!

Lovely service person. I was somewhat thrown when he showed up nearly an hour earlier than scheduled time; but glad I was at least home. The job was, as I had tried to say, considerably bigger than you might hve expected. I tried several times to send photos but each time they were just rejected for being too large. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of how to make my phone take tiny pictures while including what's in the frame. I notice you had what appeared to be an old overhead image of the swimming pool, taken before a house sitter tore the sandstone pavers up with a commercial Karcher, then left them to collect mould for 3 years. The rest - driveway, path and porch suffered similar fates The sandstone pavers came up beautifully. I can only trust that they really have been sealed as well. The patio tiles were returned to their original state. The white concrete garden edging that sufferd the same neglect as the samdstone, look a bit better, but are grey. The aggregate driveway and path... to be honest, don't look all that different. An oil drip from a worker's a few months ago was lightened, but not removed the the poor guy said he'd tried three or four times. The porch - that wasn't done. Just a swipe in the middle, which isn't so bad as it's so light, can see what I mean about the aggregate not looking much different. I'm glad it was done. Thrilled to see the sandstone pavers returned to original colour - but am hoping they're really sealed with something that will be as good as they priginally had before being blasted off a few years ago. I'll try to clean the porch myself. Originally, the deposit and quote came to less than a thousand dollars. The driveway, path, patio, garden edgings and few cement pavers brought it to around four and a half thousand dollars. I'm glad someone came and helped. Sorry that four and half thousand dollars didn't do much with the concrete and less with the aggregate. Also - I ws NOT happy to have my Visa card details, including CVV - everything, dmeanded over the phone for the deposit. I was even more upset that when the first (much too small) quote arrived, it contained the information that the payment would bentaked from my card and included identifying numbers from it. Then, when paying the four thousand and something, I was handed a device to manually enter all those details again. Even though your quote had included the option of a bank transfer. This has put me in the position of having to cancel that card now and get a new one. Taking those details like that is an absolute nightmare in a scam-and-fraud ridden world. I have no problem with workmen carrying eftpos machines that simply require a safe swipe but strangers taking complete card details ... You might need ro rethink that. Honestly, if I had the time to look further, I'm sorry to say I would have done so when asked to give all that information over the phone instead of giving me the opportunity to do a bank transfer.

The guys were extremely carefull and took care not to cause any damge and ensure everything was proted. Excellent service.

Daniel did a great job. The floor looks amazing. He was very thorough and professional

Massan, Huge thanks for the amazing job you did on our pool tiles. They look amazing, so clean. Well done we really appreciate your a job, well done.

Very happy with the finished product with Jon and Clara doing a great job.

The floor looks wonderful and Janaka was fantastic very experienced and took time to answer all my questions.. great work and thank you to the office team too Much appreciated

Janaka did an excellent job of cleaning and coating our tiles

We are thrilled with the job, Daniel. Thank you. Lyn Fisher

My floors look amazing I had thought about replacing the sandstone tiles in the kitchen but Harry and happy have made them look brand new. I'm so pleased

Madu was amazing and the company is always in contact to explain their whole process

The technician, Chris, was very professional, knew his work, was friendly

Tiles look great - what a difference. The job started on time and was completed exactly as predicted. We are very happy customers.

Excellent company to deal with.

Daniel was on time. Very honest and a delight to talk to. Did an amazing job and we are very happy with him and the company

Fantastic work, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Clara transformed my dirty and stained sandstone to a beautiful entrance to our home. She was extremely cheerful and had all the equipment needed. Communication was excellent and I received continual updates on arrival time. I do not hesitate to recommend her and her company for any sandstone cleaning needed. Excellent!!

I am very pleased with everything. Daniel was fantastic.

My job was originally scheduled for 8 am Wednesday. I got a text Wednesday morning saying Robert would be delayed and would arrive at 9:50 am. Then I got another text saying he would arrive at 9:30 am. He arrived just after 10 am and said he'd brought equipment for a different job and would need to reschedule for 7:30 am Friday. On Friday morning I got a text saying he would be delayed and would arrive at 8 am. At 9:30 am I called Tile and Grout Pro who were keen to help. He arrived just after 10 am, said he got caught in traffic (for 2.5 hours?) and completed the job. I'm happy with how the travertine came up, but the honed bluestone shows marks from where the honing took place and isn't a smooth finish. Overall I'm not very happy with how the Bluestone came up and Robert's communication was terrible. Tile and Grout Pro seemed to want to help but I imagine there's only so much they can do when the person doing the work isn't a direct employee.

Chris had attention to detail and a perfectionist. He was great!

Clara was great. On time. Meticulously measured the space for an accurate quote. Completed the work to a high quality bringing a pretty sad state of affairs back to life. Our tiles looks ready for summer. Thanks. Alan

Very happy with the work done on our sandstone around the pool area. Massan was on time, very polite and gave us advice on on going maintenance. We will be using you again in the future. Our pool area looks a million again. Thankyou.

Communication was excellent. The outcome was better than I had hoped and I can’t believe that my tiles look practically as good as when they were put down over 20 years ago. The person doing the work was polite and punctual. My only gripe would be the amount paid, considering that the work took less than 2 hours all up. Maybe the price should be charged per hour and not per sqm. Otherwise very satisfied with outcome and service

Excellent outcome!

Simple and straightforward process. Wish I had done this earlier when I first purchased the tiles.

John and Clara were wonderful people and their care and attention to detail was exemplary. Highly recommend their professionalism and quality of work.

Our thanks go to Parminder for the hard work done to complete our job. He went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction and on time. Some unforeseen difficulties were encountered and he worked until a solution was found. He kept us informed during the whole process and was on time every day. We cannot recommend him enough. Thanks Parminder you are a great example for your trade.

Daniel, a lovely man, went above and beyond to clean our slate floor. Really completed an excellent job and left the floors looking good as new.

The communication was excellent The technician was lovely and did a superb job Thank you very very much

I had my courtyard re grouted, cleaned and sealed by Chris who did a brilliant job, really thorough and meticulous, he left everything spotless. The company were so professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you! Lyn

Overall great job, I am very happy with the outcome! Would book again.

I don't think I've ever been so happy about a service as I am with the tile cleaning and sealing by Daniel! Our tiles, stained during the build and fitout have come up like new! Daniel was very clear with communicating, punctual, lovely to deal with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Absolutely delighted with this job! Great work Jim. Very professional and courteous. THANKYou

The technician, Chris was great. He arrived on time explained what he was going to do and even arranged for a reduction in the cost as I had made a mistake in the measurement of the area. The job was done very professionally, and I was provided tips for ongoing maintenance.

We were very happy with the result. The tiles look as good as new.

Requirement to provide protective floor covering for non-tiled areas was not notified in advance. We needed to locate 10 towels at short notice. Sealer application streaky in some areas.

This company was great to deal with! From the initial phone consultation to receiving the quote and then the great job they carried out. Extremely happy with their service and quality of work. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Madu is an excellent technician, much attention to detail and my slate looks stunning. Very happy with price, quality and service , thankyou!

Madu was excellent and explained everything he needed to do.

Looks great! Very happy

Parminder explained everything to us and answered our questions. He did a very careful and meticulous job. We are very happy with Parmimder’s work and very pleased with the results. Thank you so much. Gayle and Bernie Platzer.

Daniel was excellent. Very happy with the result.

Absolutely fantastic. Professional and a perfect job.

The guy was a nice bloke but found it hard to understand what he was saying due to his accent. Got there in the end but was a windy road at times

Excellent result, our pool tiles and pool area look brand new. Chris is an excellent worker. Communication was very professional

Moorthy was a pleasure to deal with. He worked hard to get the best result for us. He was punctual, polite and provided excellent workmanship. We are extremely pleased with the end result.

Chris explained in his professional experience that water base sealer could be used over a solvent sealer. I said that all advise said that it should not be done. Chris said that he had a special sealer and put some on a tile. After it dried he rubbed it with the sole of his runner to show how strong it was. I accepted Chris's professional experience and said ok. I hope that I made the right decision. When Chris finished I locked up and went to my sons place for the w'end to let the tiles cure. The furniture is now back in the house and the floor looks great. I might aid that there are a couple of spots in the laundry that could of been cleaned better prior to the sealing. Chris was a willing worker and explained what he was going to do before he started. He discussed with me a few times about how he was cleaning the two problems areas that I had previously advised your company. He done an excellent job in restoring the grout in those areas.

Parminder was knowledgeable, professional and he clearly explained all options and steps to me. He was lovely to deal with and my sandstone tiles look so much better.

A job well done. Many thanks!

Daniel was exemplary. You could tell he cared about the work he did and it showed in the end result. He would be an asset to any company. Thank you..

Initially looked good. Now the floors are dry it is a very poor result in the main ensuite shower. We would like to discuss. Thanks

Jin Ban is so fastidious and did a great job, highly rate him as a tile technician. He checked in regularly and explained what he was doing. Very impressed:)

On time. Clear explanation of procedure and product. Future maintenance recommendations. Good communication. Cleaned and put everything back as it was. Very good customer service. Will recommend for any future work.

excellent work, timely, professional

Chris is amazing !! He works very hard - he is a perfectionist !!

Parminder did an excellent job and removed all stains. Tiles look like new again. Just hope that the sealing treatment meets my expectations for the outlay.

Other than a mix up over start time, the technician was punctual. The customer service and communication was excellent. Very responsive. The pressure clean was excellent. 10 years of back mould build up on the walls was gone. I had a sealant applied as well, so I shall see how that goes over time. The price was a bit more than what I would have liked to pay, but in the end, I’m happy to pay for outstanding customer service

The technician that Stonemasters used on revitalizing our Travertine bathroom floors and regrouting our showers, Harry was exceptional. He was fastidious in his approach to the job and great with his communication. A real craftsman who was very good at responding to our queries and keeping us informed on progress. Would definitely use Stonemaster again and highly recommend to others.

So happy with the service provided by Janaka. Before our slate was looking dull and the grout dirty, but he has made it look brand new with a clean and seal (photo attached). Highly recommend Slate Cleaning and look forward to working with them again.

Could not fault Daniels work ethic and knowledge about slate. Daniel was great with communication in all aspects of the job. I am more than happy with our slate clean and seal. A job well done. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely amazing job Did not think he would be able to get the floor as clean as he did - very impressive job

Excellent service in restoring kitchen and bathroom tiles to their former glory. Garth and John were amazing. Highly recommend. Bill

I’m bowled away at what a good job this was - the paved area now looks squeaky clean and just new. Garth and Clara were fun to deal with, a pleasure to have around, while the latter is also an impressively hard worker. Highly recommended.

Daniel arrived on time as communicated, and demonstrated a totally professional knowledge of the craft. Awesome to deal with and pleasant as well. Thanks

Easy to deal with no drama. Massan was excellent.

Amazing service from start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.

At first the cost was a little scary but once I understood the process involved I realised that in order to get the result I was looking for I needed to get good operators who guaranteed their work and the result. When I got home this afternoon it was even better than I expected, the tiles look great the grout in places there were almost black are now back to being light grey. I recommend this company and if you’re considering this process you will get the result you want from these guys

Happy with the job and Daniel's dedication. It was necessary for him to return to recoat kitchen area.

Fantastic- Harry was so thorough and has done a fantastic job. Very happy Thankyou

Happy with the service provided by the technician who did the job. Friendly and efficient.

We were very pleased. Helpful, experienced chaps. Great result. On time. What's not to like?!?!?

Excellent quality of work, it’s like we have brand new tiles. The technician was on time and reliable. Well done Tile Cleaners.

Fantastic job and the tiles look like new. We will be looking to use the service again for bathrooms and our external concrete.

Was very happy all round! Can highly recommend

A very professional

Very efficient worker, clean and tidy. The tiles looked amazing afterwards so just hoping the ongoing cleaning will be much easier now they are sealed.

Very professional

We thought we may have to replace the pavers but they have been refreshed as almost new.

We had a good Service. Thank you !

Moorthy left his Stanley knife behind. We put it on Ebay to offset some of the grouting costs. No offers as yet.

Great Service. Madu, was very consultative and easy going!

Daniel did an excellent job Will recommend to all clients requiring his services

Floor looks fantastic, Daniel was very friendly and efficient.

Daniel was lovely and did a fantastic job. Thanks you

Jin was excellent in explaining and in carrying out the work, no complaints at all However the Tile Cleaners Sydney's charges of what essentially turned out to be a chlorine assisted wash and seal of the pavers was over the top at $1,155 for a couple of hours work and a few materials, was unreasonable high, consequently I would not use The Tile Cleaners again nor would I recommend this service. Ron Myers DRUMMOYNE NSW

The tiles had looked black for years and now they look as good as new. I'm really happy with the job that was done.

The company was very good to deal with, from quoting for the job to completion. I have tile floors in the entire downstairs of the house, and they needed some TLC. Jin did a fantastic job, helping me (76F) to move heavy furniture. He did a wonderful job of cleaning and sealing, things look so clean and sparkling. We are delighted.

Over the years we have had many contractors undertake work at our home, Daniel was one of the best we have had. He was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and did a couple of extra things without us asking.

Excellent work on time good communication

On time, explained process thoroughly

Excellent job, looks fabulous, thanks.

Moorthy was on time and kept me informed of progress and any issues. He consulted with me about issues and gave me options to consider. He was very conscientious and hard working

Praminder was very professional and completed the job well. Looks amazing!

In this particular area definitely not the outcome I had hoped. Disappointing.

Daniel was excellent, everything was near and tidy when he left, even washed my front mat and cleaned my front step. Great communication from all concerned , the slate looks like new. Thank you job well done

Professional job, extremely happy with workmanship

Parminder was fantastic, very polite and explained what he was doing. He did an excellent job, we are very happy.

Jin attended on time and went over my concerns. He explained everything from cleaning to sealing process.

Parminder was excellent and did a great job with our tile cleaning and sealing. We had over 80m2 of tiling and Parminder did a great job getting it all done in one day. Thank you!

The employee that came was very good. I am very pleased with the service provided will recommend you to my family and friends.

We needed a quick solution to a commercial project that we were running with tight timescales - not only did Daniel fit to my timeframes but he also advised us of recommendations he had to give us the best finish. Awesome job and will definitely be using them again.

Joe was a professional, efficient and experienced technician. Explained the process clearly and knew what was necessary. Would highly recommend

Very happy with whole experience.

Excellent experience. Could not fault service at all and extremely happy with the result. The contractor Parminder was excellent and very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend this service.

Good communication, on time. Good quality

Well done. Thank you.

I don’t think the tiles are supposed to look like this after most of a day drying. And I don’t think they sealed the walls like they were supposed to.

Daniel was very professional and clearly very experienced. Unfortunately the grout between the tiles was removed in the cleaning process. Seems to have accumulated in some of the larger natural pores of the travertine. Overall happy with the job but would have liked him to be more transparent about the grout (i guess nothing he could do about it). I will now need to replace the grout which i was not expecting to do.

The quality of work provided was fantastic however I would question whether I use again or recommend. 1. the number of automated emails and text messages during booking and subsequent is excessive and extraordinarily annoying. And in some instances incorrect. ie: a text in the evening to say staff member coming that morning. 2. Work not completed when requested and took longer than programmed that then delayed completion due to other commitments of the company at other jobs. 3. We appreciate and apologise for the error and delay in paying the account but the subsequent hassle was not needed or appreciated.

I could not be more disappointed with your company. My appointment was changed on me 4 times, mostly with only 24hrs or less notice. We are doing a major renovation and therefore am juggling trades. So every day you cancelled on me, it completely stuffed up my schedule, i then i had to change my tradies, as well as continuously moving furniture on and off the floor. Then when the technician finally turned up, he insulted me, treated me like an idiot, called me a liar, and then, as i was going out for the day, he flat out refused to turn off the lights when i asked if he could do that before he left. Lastly, without asking or mentioning why, i was charged over $100 extra. Considering how much i had been stuffed around, i was hoping for a discount, not the other way around. The floor came up looking good, but as for your service and technician, i will never use your service again when i need to reseal in a few years.

Great result for sandstone around pool and courtyard.

Excellent service Professionals from my first enquiring My tired old Slate floor is looking Wonderful Thank you Regards Lila

I am very happy with the final surface of my tiles.

I was not happy with the 1st technician

Parminder did an excellent job, and went the extra mile to try and remove tough stains.

Daniel was excellent and did an awesome job, I do think the cost for the area covered in my home was very high but otherwise I would definitely use him again.

I realise this was a difficult job on old worn slate outdoors. I think another coat of sealer would help. Also I cleaned up. Now I have painted front edge of step to look better as that was not done. I wonder if the water based sealer will stand up to extreme summer temp.

Great job, nice finish

I re-measured the areas to be cleaned and they agree with the total area I submitted for a quote. The technician's measurements were different. I mentioned this to him at the time. Harry did an excellent job and we are pleased with the result.

Very happy with the service and the end result. On time, efficient and friendly. Thanks Massan and Tile and Grout Pro team.

The work was carried out efficiently and the finished work looks great.

Some white calcium deposits remain but it is not possible to use the high pressure hose at that site. Not the technician's fault.

Ryan was a great communicator and has done a wonderful job of cleaning and sealing the natural stone around our new pool.

Technician hour late but did advise. Communication with admin side is disappointing.emails not replied to phone number not always answered texts ignored. Still waiting response to text with questions and photos after completion of job.

Fantastic job, tiles look better than new.

Very Thorough happy with outcome

Jin was very professional, early to the job

Had Daniel arrive on time to clean and seal my outdoor limestone pavers. He was Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and did an amazing job. He showed me how to test that the sealer had done its job and how to care for the pavers going forward. Really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly manner. Would highly recommend Daniel in the future.

Over the phone staff were assuring that all the marks and stains on my concrete could be removed with chemical cleaners and scrubbing which was not the case. Also I was requested to select a flat, Saturn, or full gloss finish which is not possible with the penetrating sealer which was applied. The meeting point to my apartment was not relayed to the workman this caused some confusion at arrival time. The work man was excellent at his job.

Harry did a great job, fortunately he found a lot of holes in the grout. Now I will have to send a message to the house builder to fix the problem. I am pleased to recommend Tile and Grout Pro without hesitation. A job well done.

The whole exercise was efficient and well explained at each stage. Parminder was very skilled and pleasant to work with. We are delighted with the completed terra cotta tiles.

A fantastic job cleaning and sealing our pavers, I would highly recommend.

Harry did a fantastic job and was meticulous in fixing our grout and restoring our slate tiles. We are very grateful to Harry. He went beyond all expectations in ensuring he did the best job possible on our floors.

The work is excellent, after 18 years the floors are like new. They look stunning. Booking logistics and communication was average, the technician arrived two hour late and disappeared for almost two hours mid job. But all is forgiven as the result is amazing. Thanks guys!

Daniel was incredibly professional and did a great job with our sandstone tiles. He was exceptionally courteous, explained the process to us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Daniel.

The reason I have given poor rating for communication is that I found the number of texts and emails to be way too much. I would have received almost 20 messages about my appointment- I think this was too much and you need to dial back … I am a very busy person and the messages I found to be bordering on harassment!

We are so happy with the Service and results. Also we used their tiler Raaj, to do some specialised sealing. All 5 star.

Excellent work and communicated clearly when they were running late.

My comments are based purely on my expectations of what the Clean and Reseal of the Patio area would achieve. Couple this to the visual effect of the finished product. I found Daniel to be a first class ambassador for the Company. He was timely, well presented and explained the process. He worked diligently and was very approachable and clearly, knowledgeable in his trade. The suggestion that the Tiler

A job well done happy with the result

Happy with the finish but rather overpriced for two hours work Didn’t arrive until after 10.30 and left before Ipm

Great technician, great service, on time and courteous. There was an issue with attention to detail in the master bathroom, where solution had leaked into cabinetry areas. However luckily no damage, just some inconvenience. But here is the important part - communication regarding this was swift and apology fast and honest. Thank you.

Amazing service from Daniel, thank you! Our pavers were about as dirty as you can get, with years of grime and mould. Also paint splashed on them. Daniel has them looking like new, amazing!

This company has very poor business ethics Please do not use them as I went to pay via the link they sent and they had removed 2600 out of my bank account without authorisation To safeguard your details do not use them until they change their business ethics I also received about 12 emails and texts demanding attention and payment when the job was still being done

Very pleasant to deal with

Joe really knows his stuff. A true professional and he went out of his way to keep the pool as clean as possible while doing his work. The result is far better than I had expected. Thank you

Daniel was prompt, discussed the job completely including options for type of sealant and answered all my questions. Job time was as expected - Daniel's attention to detail was exceptional. Floor looks great - I would recommend his great service.

A five-star experience - from start to finish. Would especially like to thank Daniel who did amazing job and who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Daniel was very polite and very professional. Would recommend your company to my family and friends.,

Moorthy is the best. He is professional, experienced, considerate and does an excellent job, 5 star for sure. He is my "go to" man when my tiles require attention. He restored my rather old outside terracotta tiles 2 yrs ago and again today and I am thrilled with the result. Thank you Moorthy. Yvonne B

Prompt and great job. Highly recommended

My travertine floor looks much cleaner the colour is much nicer now

Stone tiles were cleaned and resealed. Jin did a good job. Happy to recommend this group.

Lovely to work with did a great job!

Ryan was very personable and hard working. Job was done extremely well. Floors look like new again!! Could not be more pleased. Very good value for money b

Excellent technician in Daniel. Very happy with the result and we appreciated the extra hard work and time it took to remove the old Astroturf adhesive. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.

The service from start to finish was excellent. The technicians who did the job were very capable and knowledgeable, and offered suggestions regarding other things that needed attention. My 14yo marble bathroom tiles are now looking like new, and I'd forgotten how beautiful my limestone outdoor entry stairs could look. After sales service was friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommended!

I found them very helpful

Harry was fantastic . He worked really hard and bought my floors up better than I expected

Harry was friendly and explained the relevant issues to doing a good job. I shall recommend and use again.

Harry was very professional and was able to adapt his work to the complications of having wood inlays in the tiles. Very happy

Moorthy went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He invited us to check the progress as he went along and was doing everything to make sure we were happy with the work. Really appreciated his professionalism.

The entire process was very easy, communication was fast and efficient and the finish looks great.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING AND SEALING OF OUR GRANITE PAVING. tHE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EXPLAINED AND CARRIED OUT BY rYAN IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER

Very happy with the quality of the work. Friendly, professional technician who arrived on time And good value.

Harry represented your business very well. He was friendly, made us feel confident in the outcome, and explained the products and service. We are really happy with how our tiles look now - as good as new. Many thanks to Harry for his hard work, and to your customer service staff for their excellent communication since I first reached out for a quote.

Joe's pleasant manner made for a relaxing experience!

Job was done quickly and efficiently with no inconvenience to me.

My tiles and grout look great. Thank you

Whilst I am happy with the work, I am not happy with the way you quote and communicate - it is far too complex and removes the ability to deal direct with technician. You should always itemise your quotes - I basically had to do it for you and then there was no checking upon sighting the job in person.

Parminder had the necessary expertise and did a great job. Thank you Parminder.

Hard working guy, knows his trade, polite and professional.Woul use your services anytime.

Great service, quick and easy. Cost seems a bit high, but everything seems to be more expensive at the moment. I didn't shop for price, I needed it done on a certain date.

Hi Tile and Grout - dear sir/madam - PLS SEE EXTRACTS FROM EMAILS BELOW - it would appear that whilst the overall appearance of the floor looks a little better the sealer, the main reason for undertaking the work, has had little effect on the floor. Please see emails below from our apartment managers who undertake the cleaning. would like to hear your input as to why the result was not good. rgds, Jonathan Lillie Hi James, Beds are in place and set up. Guests have just left and I don't think the sealer is going to work as there are already marks which don't come off with normal washing even though the overall effect looks good at the moment. We will be looking at rates next year but most of the apartments for the coming season have already been sold at the usual rate. We can however increase yours when you release. Regards, Lynette

Fantastic job, gave sound advice and great customer service.

Ryan was prompt and explained every step during the process before advancing. Including the fact we had way underestimated the Sqm, but offered us alternatives before proceeding. We were impressed and went "The Full Hog" Finished promptly and cleaned up after himself. left our area immaculate.

Joe was fantastic, he was on time, such a nice guy, easy to communicate with him. He worked so hard and what a difference he made to my pavers. The sandstone around the pool is like new. I didn’t think it could be saved but wow what what a difference. My other pavers and front porch are also like new. I. Couldn’t be more pleased. Money well spent, 11 out to 10

Jin was exceptional - he cleaned our tiling on the patio and round the pool till it looked like new. He discussed the best type of sealant for our travertine pavers and made sure he really covered the whole area, even into the corners. We’ll be recommending him to everyone.

Technician was punctual. Disgruntled technician when finding out tiles were located in undercover area. Stated tiles were inside, I replied no because I have wooden floors. Technical failed to be equipped with correct equipment in order to complete task. Verbally stated no this won't work. Additional hoses were required which is not a problem to assist but when you are spoken to like a child. This service I will not be using or recommending in future. Technician also stated I had applied a sealant to tiles. When replied no, he argued I had. I stated property was tenanted, he then replied will you need to talk to your tenants! I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me. Technician approach was arrogant. Example sliding door was slightly open about 20cm. Technician sprayed tiled area where splashes were reached brand new sheer curtains without consideration. I had just paid $6500 to have installed, I quickly closed door but felt common sense to being professional would have been obvious. Unfortunately unable to provide positive feedback.

Now I’m looking forward to sitting on balcony looking at lovely tiles. So pleased Barbara

The guys did a great job on the day, and were very helpful. The main problem happened before hand and we almost cancelled thinking that it was a scam. This happened because we were bombarded with emails prior to work starting many were repeats.. it looked very suspicious! The operators on the day were very thorough.

Joe was great, cared about his craft, didn't rush...looked like new when completed.

Virtually faultless process throughout. Highly recommend Daniel.

The floor looks amazing though it took longer than expected to dry that's due to the weather at the moment. Great communication through out THANKYOU

Great value for money Excellent workmanship Sound advice on options for work Timely attendance and job performance

Hard working technician who kept me informed each step. Very good community and punctual

Very helpful and excellent quality. The 2 jobs (grouting and sealing) carried out by Tile and Grout Pro had to contend with challenging weather but we were always kept in touch when things had to be rearranged. Very pleased with the end result.

My outdoor pavers look wonderful. Jin and his partner did a great job. Would definitely use Tile Cleaners again.

Communication was excellent and Harry S the technician was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended

Jim did an excellent job cleaning and sealing my pool area tiles. Thanks

Very happy with the representative that came to do the service. Very unhappy that the correct service of what required was not quoted. I was advised that the stains and marks would come out of the tiles. However the technician advised during the service that a different device is required to get the outcome required. The team did not quote the right job or advise the service offered would not get the result required. You offer the service required so why did the company not advise this would do the job required and offered? The quote did not state the job was plus GST, therefore the service is also 10% more expensive than quoted. Therefore extremely unhappy. I felt I have paid $2500 for a pressure wash and still need to get get someone in to do the job required.

All very good. Very professional. Explained the process. Very happy with result.

Friendly technician, efficient Updates texted regularly

I think Pat did an excellent job. He was punctual, diligent and friendly. He also did an excellent job at cleaning the tiles and applying the sealer. My only complaint (and a minor one) is not directed at Pat's work, but at the communications provided by Tile and Grout Pro. I was not informed about a change in the sealer to be used. When I originally contacted Tile and Grout Pro, I requested the use of Deepshield Gold Transparent Penetrating Sealer because my tiles were made of porcelain (no other sealer was recommended on your website for porcelain). When Pat started to seal the tiles, I noticed that he was using Crommelin Natural Finish Penetrating Sealer and Water Repellent. I was concerned that no mention was made on the can (or on Crommelin's website) that the Crommelin Sealer was suitable for porcelain. Overall, I found the service excellent. I would have liked to be informed in advance, however, that an alternative sealer was to be used. I would have also like confirmation that the sealer was a suitable substitute. Thanks, Robert Lynd-Stevenson

I found the number of texts and emails and phone calls in the lead up to the booking overhwhelming and repetitive. On the day of the job, th technician arrived 25 minutes late and there was no call to advise. I had not received the requested photos showing the "wet look" finish vs the natural finish in the weeks leading up to the booking. The technician talked to me and did not feel the wet look would work well and I was disappointed to not have received this information when I called to make the booking. I did not receive an updated formal quote or invoice based on accurate sizing or the change in finish, and note my credit card has been debited tonight (without my permission). Please call me on 0423 592251 to discuss

We are very happy with the work Harry did. Our tiles are so clean now and we know that they will stay that way due to the sealing job. So glad we got this job done by you, thanks!

David was fantastic. He arrived on time, explained the process, was a lovely guy and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him. A real asset to the business.

Dave was delayed by traffic in getting to the job. Once here, he was very communicative and courteous, and completed the job effectively and efficiently. I am very pleased with the result.

Hi. I had some new tiles laid which were impossible to keep clean. Felt kinda gritty and much harder to keep clean than the 30 year old tiles we were trying to match as part of a reno. Technician cleaned the tiles no problems (missed some in a doorway though) and applied the sealer to the newly tiled areas. As he was wrapping up he told me I would need to mop the new tiles every day. Who does that?? I have been doing it so far but they are still problematic to keep clean. Can you tell me of any sealers which may work better that I can apply myself? can’t afford to have you return to the house to apply as this is all I budgeted cost on the back end of a long drawn out renovation.

Whilst we are over the moon with the result Ryan was able to achieve on a very stained and dirty patio we find it very hard to justify the charges. $500 per hour is high and we find it hard to reconcile the price per hour and the cost of cleaning products and sealer used on our job. However, having said that, we are very happy with Ryan’s result.

Polite technician and work carried out efficiently and with care. My tiles are Travertine and over winter had become black with mould. They are now restored to their original colour and look fresh and new.

Jin was very helpful, worked hard to clean old sealer off the tiles and reseal them. But the basic problem, effloresence coming through the tiles, has got worse. He recommended a low viscosity penetrating sealer. It is not sealing anything. In my opinion I need a surface sealer to prevent evaporation from the surface that brings the dissolved salts up. Do you have anyone with experience with this problem on terra cotta tiles?

Ratings are for company - not the worker Harry - I suspect he just works for the company. He is a nice man. Company is a well-oiled machine that appears to do everything right but...This is what happened: 1. Used a high-pressure water cleaner to clean my sandstone fence - I could have done it. - damaged the “pointing” = grout, a lot in some places - extra cost to fix that. - damaged the smooth sandstone capping in places - will just have to accept. 2. Did not use “Deep Shield"for sealing as advertised/promised but some other stuff. 3. Says used a laser to measure the surface area, coming to 30m2. I measured it by tape measure and pen and paper and got 21.5m2- measuring on 2 different days. I asked how the laser can measure over 3D - as not measuring a flat floor - he had no idea, stating it was an estimate. 30 vs 21m2 is almost a 50 % higher price which is significant. 4. Owners of tile n grout pro also operate under at least one other brand - Stone Master. I didn’t know this and got a quote from that company too. Later as the penny dropped I suspected this may be “uncompetitive" by law. Anyway, for a few hundred dollars, not worth arguing too much, although the grout-pointing damage and sandstone capping damage hurts. From a distance looks great ..... Time will tell if the sealant is any good.

The booking system, customer service and communication is outstanding, both from head office and technician. Our floor took a long time - 24hrs to dry, which we were not expecting so would advice to be prepared for that, weatehr dependant. (we had rain) The follow up of our concerns by customer service and technician was prompt and couldnt ask for more.

The Rescheduling of the appointments was a bit annoying 3 times as we had to cancel medical appointments several times but the quality of the workmanship the customer service of the trades person (Joe)that came out on site was excellent.

Hi Jin was very professional and explained the steps of the process .

My balcony tiles were stained and were dirty. I had them washed and sealed. Now they look brand new! I will happily eat food off them they are that clean :)

I am a person who is very time poor and run to a time schedule, arriving early by1 hour and 15 mins was not the best outcome for me as I had appointments I then had to change.

Communication was maybe a bit over the top. I kept receiving emails advising my appointment and pointing to the payment of a deposit even though I had already paid and advise same. Otherwise customer service was great. The technician did a great job and left us with a far better understanding of the job. Well done

Joe was professional and efficient and we were very happy with the end result and his work

Wonderful job and very responsive. We highly recommend this team.

I was really happy with the work completed by Indie. He communicated well, worked efficiently and did a great job. My newly sealed slate looks fabulous! Thanks

DP was a very knowledgeable technician and kept me up to date on what he was doing. Unfortunately, we did not get our tiles sealed when we first bought them, which is something I would recommend anyone get as soon as possible.

It was good work and very promptly executed

Great job of cleaning and sealing the travertine. Good price, less than half the cost quoted by the pool installer. The guy asked me to inspect the cleaning before sealing. Very good all round.

Didn't scrub out some of the more stubborn stains. For the price I'd expect this. I can get these stains out with a scrubbing brush. I'm not sure if I can scrub them out now the sealant is over top. Also he sealed them late in the afternoon and it didn't dry overnight, so had to keep the dog inside the next day also. Would be better seal in the morning to allow to dry during daylight. Happy to be contacted if you'd like to discuss [email protected]

Everything went smoothly, the tiles look good, time will tell on the longevity of the coating.

Jin was efficient, friendly, and excellent at what he did.

Very scary experience. Sadly started off on the wrong foot. Felt intimidated. Just engaged someone else today to finish off the areas that were left in patches.

Overall had a good experience. Joe and his partner were helpful and communicative and did a good job.

Jin was excellent. No complaints what so ever. However, the back of office was a disgrace. Poor comms, poor quoting and lack of transparency.

Very happy with the result of my slate tiles cleaning and sealing. Has brought up the original colours beautifully.

The overall job was good and trade was polite. However the job I thought id booked for after speaking to booking people months ago wasn’t what I needed. It’s unfortunate because you don’t speak to a trade in the lead up so what you need isn’t properly discussed so I just got a clean pretty much of my tiles for a rip off 800 dollars !

Daniel was very professional and did an excellent job. Thankyou.

Floor was nicely done, bit of paint damage on skirting

He accidentally damaged 2 pot plants during the cleaning and sealing process. Which is ok as they were left by the previous owner. He cleaned up all the mess and left them on the driveway (I told him to leave there) it did cost me some time to wrapping up fragments and put in bags and leave in the bin. Apart from that, he did a good job and we had good communication during the work, so we are all good.

Restored tiles and groat to like new.

Superb outcome. Thanks!

Hi Daniel Peter and myself are very happy with our floors so much I have put it on Facebook. Hope you don’t mind thank you.

The ordering process was easy and straight forward. I spoke with the Stone Master people a couple of times to confirm the work to be done and received satisfactory answers to my questions; some earlier additional verbal clarification would have been good. The technician, Moorthy, explained and answered our concerns clearly and was very professional. Over all a good job.

Thank you Moorthy, for being so knowledgeable and experienced, and thank you for explaining everything so carefully. You did a great job in difficult circumstances. When I need more work done, I want you to do it please. Eve.

Great experience, reasonable price , great communication and arrived on time ! Would highly recommend

Being a medical centre with a very old vinyl floor, we did not expect to see a vast improvement however we were absolutely thrilled with the outcome, the floor was brought up to the standard of a new floor. thank you Tile

Hi there - I am still awaiting confirmation that you will do the rest of my tiles on 5 APRIL. Please, Please revert with confirmation and start time, Regards, Jorgen

The technician kept me informed of his arrival time and was polite and knowledgeable about the product. The work was completed on time and left in a clean and tidy manner.

My tiles have never looked so clean, thank you.

Daniel was very professional and did a great job. I recommend Daniel for everyone who needs their tiles renewed. He gave helpful hints to ensure that best results can be achieved.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was excellent. Moorthy did a fantastic job. Very professional. Will highly recommend. Thank you.

I did not appreciate finding out at 8.15 that he would not be arriving at 9am but 10am! Besides that he was a nice man, very helpful and thorough with his work.

Dp had major problems in getting to my home due to floods and accidents but was very efficient and communicated well.

I would highly recommend Ryan for his professional and courteous service. His detailed explanation and recommended strategy for our kitchen floor resulted in a more than satisfactory result. Would definitely request him again for any future work.

Your Technician arrived on time, explained the job and at every stage kept us informed as to what he was doing or about to do. The job was completed in a reasonable time and now the tiles look like new! He clearly knew his job, was friendly and I feel the best thing I can say is that we would be happy to have him back in our house!

The 8.00am booking on Saturday was missed , the cost was exorbitant and no filling was done on the Travertine floor because the tradesman bought yellow ( of all colours !! ) . Surely most travertine floors are cream , off white etc. Carey Meagher. 0425737775

Daniel presented very well. Was informative and very respectful of our property. Our tiles, unfortunately, were very neglected but Daniel brought them back up to a beautiful shine. Highly recommend.

DP was courteous, knowledgeable, caring and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service. Thank you

Very happy with Tile and Grout Pro Daniel did a great job on our Terracotta tiles that have been down for over 45 years and glad I had them cleaned rather than taking them up which was our other option.

Daniel was happy to discuss the job and provide suggestions/recommendations - seemed to have a lot of experience and addressed my concerns. Area was left tidy and clean and stone looks great.

We absolutely rating Joe and his team 5 star plus. They were very professional from the start, and the work itself resulted in a fantastic result. Thank you very much

Parminder was prompt, polite and kept us up to date the whole way through the job. The quoting and booking process was easy. We got emails as reminders and on the day of the service, we received messages with an ETA, etc. We are extremely happy with the work completed. Thank you!

Our experience with Moorly was excellent. He was very clear about what outcome was possible and showed us how things were going during the process. A great result!

Matthew did a great job.

Tiles and grout needed a good scrub as they are 20 years old have come up good. Machine is better than hand scrubbing well worth the expense.

most tile Grout was cleaned and come up well and some grout especially near door entrance looks filthy. the sealant put over is terrible and that's being nice. it attracted dirt and looks filthy and grotty, we have scrubbed most the tile protection off, we just have to do under the table and other small areas. The Technician was polite, worked hard, However we are not happy with the sealant and some tile grout looking bad. wasn't worth the cost.

Good job done efficiently without fuss.

An excellent service. 20 year old travertine tiles cleaned and resealed and now looking great! Many thanks Daniel.

Really impressed by the care taken and professionalism shown by Sandy. Very happy with how well the tiles came up Thanks, very grateful. Deb

Efficient ; friendly , communicative ; took care

Joe did a fabulous, the travertine

Daniel did a great job and provided very good information on maintaining the travertine.

Awesome experience would definitely recommend.

Ryan gave us a lot of technical advice which was appreciated

Wanted tiles to be cleaned and sealed. I knew that stain would be hard to remove, but couldn't remove bat poo or clay stains from the tiles. Then proceeded to seal the stains into the tiles before telling me to use some hydrochloric acid to try to remove the rust stains. Want until I took a good look after the tiles dried that I realized how poor the work actually was. My home Gurney works better at removing there stains than his professional one has

I am disappointed with the final result. The previous coating was coming off some of the tiles. I had hoped the old coating could be removed from these tiles but this did not happen with the cleaning process. The affected tiles have a glossy finish on the old finish and a flat finish where the finish had come off. And there is a definite edge felt between old and new finish. Unfortunately all of the affected tiles are in thoroughfares and very visible. I am sure Daniel felt he had done the best he could do. I would appreciate someone from Tile and Grout Pro. Discussing this review with me to see if this problem could be rectified. Regards. Mary Kinsella.

Prompt, efficient, courteous service. Would certainly highly recommend to others.

Did a great job to bring our tiles back to original state.

Everything was well explained to us before cleaning started and I am very pleased with the finished job.

I was very pleased with the outcome

Very thorough, technician discussed each step and hurdle so I could understand what could be realistically achieved. He clearly did everything he could to get the best possible result, and our paved area now looks a whole lot better than it did.

Excellent job and would highly recommend their services. They are very knowledgeable in their field and makes you feel comfortable and confident that the job will be completed to what you expect.

looks like it is a brand new driveway. Could not be happier.

It's been many years since our sandstone floor looked this good. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the resealing experience was - not only was the job done quickly, there was no overpowering chemical smell, and I didn't have to move out overnight whilst the floor dried. Daniel was efficient, took great care to let me know exactly what the process would be, and provided me with detailed after care tips for cleaning and maintenance. I would definitely use Tile and Grout again - and won't wait so long to engage them next time!

Parminder was great, he kept me informed and was very helpful. It was a big job and he did with professionalism.

Good job. Thanks for the hard work. We have a bit more in the front yard. Please come back anytime.

Highly recommend both the tiler and the tile cleaner / sealer however it was extremely annoying to receive reminders every second week and every second day once booking done hence why on 2 stars for communication Price for cleaning and tile sealing expensive considering such a large area but due to the quality I rated the value for money 4 stars

Daniel was very good. My only disappointment was I was led to believe on the original invoice that the slate floor would be stripped and sealed. However, Daniel explained that stripping was not feasible on the slate I had - that it had too many coats of sealant already; the surface was rough. It would have been a help if, when making the booking, I was asked a few in depth questions which might have clarified this at the beginning.

Parminder did a great job. He was polite and knowledgeable. Will be using Stonemaster again.

I only have photographs of the completed work as I am not able to go to the residence at this time, I had a kitchen demolished and a new one installed so my slate floor was extremely dirty and by the photos it now looks lovely and clean and shiny. The workmen were helpful about extending the date of the job and communicated with me by phone. There was a slight problem with communication at the office.

sheila

Parminder was lovely and very informative. He worked hard and our tiles look fantastic. Thank you!

Joe was very informative about the steps required to seal our terracotta tiles. He was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions.

My tiles look amazing! I wish that I had got them done sooner but now I just enjoy looking at them

We are very happy with the floor resurfacing. Daniel is an efficient and tidy worker. Job completed on time and within budget. Very happy to recommend Daniel and this company to prospective customers. Pleasing to see people who take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Mark Johnston

What an absolute bunch of cowboys.

Great work. Tiles look fantastic. Things well explained. Thinanga was delightful.

I was very happy with the service given by Joe. The work was done efficiently and without fuss. It looks very good but I feel it’s a little early to comment on value for money. Time will tell. Thanks for your service and I would be happy to recommend your company in the future. Monica Chandler

We are very pleased with the excellent standard of work and ease of communicating with Tile and Grout Pro and Thilanga our technician. We received a very competitive quote and would definitely recommend them to others. Our pavers look brand new!

The initial quote was to clean and seal 65 sq m of terracotta, which was to to be from 9 am to 3 pm. A revised quote added a further 35 sq m of outside tiles, a total of 100 sq m. I arrived home at 6 pm and noticed that there was considerable pooling of the sealing product. It appears that the job was completed within about 3 hours, which I feel was too quick for cleaning and sealing 100 sq m's of terracotta. Joe was very pleasant, as was his offsider Hossain. I understand that Joe is one of your more experienced operators. I will have a closer look tomorrow morning, when I hope the pooling liquid has dried. Disregard ratings for now, as the stars seem to be self-activating.

We were happy with the repair work of the slate but very disappointed in the quality of the sealer used. The tiles look very dull looking, even dirty in colour. We were hoping for the seal to bring out the lovely colours of the slate.

Had a bunch of badly stained sandstone pavers and didn't have high expectations that they could be cleaned up, but they came out really well. Appearance is back to near-new and it's given the back yard a real lift. Well done to the Tile and Grout Pro team! Brian

Joe promised he would be able to repair our damaged tiles on the verandah

Felt a bit pricey when quoted but can't argue with how much better the tiles look for the clean and seal. Jin Ban did well navigating around planters, timber and courtyard walls. The before and after photos would look good in any brochure!

Thank you Jin and your team for excellent work yesterday and cleaning up afterwards. The sandstone looks amazing!

Level of work was outstanding- nothing to fault

Overall I think the job was done well however I struggled to get a hold of someone when needed. There was evidence of a lack of communication within the business as many times I spoke to various people, they didn't know what I was talking about after I had discussed with other members of the team. I also was very upset that my credit card was charged $175 two days after I made the final payment without my permission and no refund or apology was issued. I believe this was due to a miscommunication ythat I was offered a 10% discount due to last minute change of dates for the job. I requested this discount upon final payment, which was then given however it seems my credit card details were retained and someone took it upon themselves to charge the 10% two days later. I am now in disputes with the bank over this charge to try and get my money back. Overall not a positive experience.

Joe was very helpful

Dave was very reliable, great person, and took the time to explain what type of result we would receive with the type of pavers we had. Do not have any problems in recommending Dave to friends or relatives for any future work. With head office, it would have been great to have someone come out and view the job, and recommended what option we had, rather than having to wait for a technician to come out and quote us, although it was the holiday period, and some states were lockdown. All in all, good service.

We

Disappointed in the finished job, not as good as expected. The edges of the area, which were slate could not be cleaned and sealed according to the technician and left the area looking quite shabby and unfinished. Would have liked to be advised that the vertical edges can not be sealed. Especially considering the tech visited twice and rescheduled due to weather conditions.

Overall, a good experience. However, I did have to clean the feet covers of our pool fence legs where sealant had also been inadvertently applied.

Good operater

They did a great job - the marble looks like new and the bathroom floor looks great. There was care taken during the whole process and they even mopped my whole kitchen floor. I was most impressed that Pasan brought in extra people in order to finish the job in the one day - they worked till very late - a pretty impressive team. Thank you.

Great work Jin!!!

Daniel was great! Very thorough job. Thanks

Jin Ban was on time extremely pleasant hard worker. Our sandstone had not been cleaned for a while and he has bought it up like new. It looks great now. He was very quick and did an excellent job.

Ours was a two step process and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I forgot what colour my tiles actually were. They look brand new. Would definitely get the tiles done again.

I had my floors cleaned last week they were more messed up after and looked worse, after they cleaned they put a sealer that left marks when it dried, I will have to get them back to rectify and fix

The technician left shoe prints and marks in the sealing on all slate floors and also marked the wooden floor leading to the kitchen by wiping the floor with the rag he used for sealing the slate in the kitchen. I’ve tried to remove the marks to no avail. I realise he did not do this deliberately however am disappointed in the finishing of the sealing. All of the flaws only started to show through more than 24-48 hours after the job was completed and only noticed when the rooms were in a certain light. I arranged for an inspection of the work for 9am Tuesday 30th December however no one turned up and I did not receive any phone call or text message to advise why not.

Technician was excellent, communicated every step and worked hard. Original quote included repairing holes however this was not done. No fault of technician.

Working with Pasan was easy making the full Experience from start to finish pleasurable. I would recommend Pasan and his team for all Your tiling work.

Tremendous outcome, really happy with the results of the clean and re-sealing of our limestone pavers.

Dave did a great job of cleaning

I was very impressed with the friendly professional service

Gurjeet was excellent!

Before Jin another technician was sent who tried to increase the price. This was stressful but in the end Tile cleaners honoured the original quote and Jin the new technician did an excellent job and was very pleasant.

Prompt and friendly service. Our technician did a great job restoring dirty travertine back to a fresh look

Our sandstone tiled deck looked dreadful. It was badly spotted with mould and anything we tried to clean it did not work. Daniel made it look like new again and we are delighted! Thank you

The new granite tiles look great now that they've been cleaned, and I feel good knowing they've been sealed and protected to help protect them into the future. Good communication especially around the booked date and arrival time on the day.

Thankyou to Alex who did a fabulous job cleaning and sealing our limestone courtyard. Very professional service using all the right equipment for a great job. It looks like new.

Work was really well done. I'd use again.

Fantastic service with a exceptional attention to detail. Extremely happy with the service provided. It was a difficult and messy job, but he embraced it and excelled at turning the floor into being almost brand new, even though it it Ofer than 20 yrs.

After our first ,most unprofessional result with your company, today we were extremely impressed with the absolute care and professionalism the two lovely men doing the job took. They were actually dismayed with the job the previous people had done, as were we. The first job was done in an hr and a half whereas the 2 gentleman today took 5 hrs. Only after todays hard work and amazing results, we will be happy to recommend your company to others. Kind Regards Craig and Kate

5 stars for Ranjit! We have so many leaves that make a mess of our patio areas but Ranjit powered away the dirt and left out slate tiles looking immaculate. We’ll be back!

after cancelling my first appointment they turned up on time and were courteous and professional. I was happy mostly with the clean but the sealing was a bit patchy - some areas appeared to have more sealant than others and I could see the mop marks. I have since mopped the tiles with a dry microfibre cloth but when there was a spill and I used the wet microfibre cloth the cloth was dragged off the mop head by the roughness of the tiles. So I am ultimately disappointed overall for the money I paid.

It was a big job and Daniel was extremely thorough throughout; really pleased with the results.

The tiles in the bathroom were completed very satisfactorily - there are no issues there. The technician was very pleasant and courteous - although difficult to understand and for him to understand us. Wooden floor - not entirely satisfied. I certainly didn't expect it to be perfect. However, there were a few drops of paint around the floor that I would have thought should have come off easily with what was being done. I also assumed that there was some kind of coating that was applied to the floor to protect it - but we were able to scratch off the paint drops ourselves. So not entirely sure the whole process was completed? I will be contacting someone about this.

Such a fantastic experience. I nearly forgot that there was a date mix up initially. It didn’t matter, because there were apologies, there was ample communication to let me know when the technician would arrive, and once he did, we were so reassured because we knew we were in good hands. Daniel was fantastic. He knew what he was doing, he was reassuring, but also personable and warm. Our toddler was around and he was friendly and kind to everyone. He also worked really hard and went the extra length to make sure he did an amazing, rather than just a good job. Our place feels renewed now, such a relief. The whole experience was truly great. One of the best services experiences I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend it and Daniel higher.

What looked like a great job is actually a waste of time and money ! The nice man said there was no grout to do. Pictures say the opposite. I now have to have this done again and then resealed. Also caulking is not perfect , Terrible color when Silva said he had a terra cotta or cream color to match and he has use white. Very very expensive caulking job that I will need to remove and redo. Overall, a total waste of money! Except he cleaned the tiles very well.

Daniel arrived on time and worked quickly, effectively and flexibly cleaning another small area without charge. He was mindful of the pandemic and worked professionally throughout

Far too expensive for service provided. Won’t be a return customer.

These guys damaged my skirting boards and tipped their filthy waste water out the front of my driveway.. communication is great until you pay or have an issue. I emailed them and got a response they were looking into it, that was a week ago, havent heard any more even after following up with another email.. i wouldn't recommend this company.

Sam and his colleagues did a very good job of regrouting our two bathrooms and shower rooms. His work was highly skilled and we are very pleased with the final result. He kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the regrouting, cleaning and sealing processes.

Dc was upfront and honest about the grouting however when he came back days later it seemed the grout on the cement wasn’t able to be taken off which is sort of why I hired someone to help with it. It did come up good just not great as I had hoped from a machine that they described. Find for $560 worth which wasn’t hard work as the machine did all the work and they sat and waited for the drying etc and were in the shade the whole time, was a very easy job so by spending sometime to help get rid of some grout on the pavers to me should have been apart of the $$$. However can’t fault them as people and he was honest about the actual grouting and how it could disappear.

The company needs to return calls. they request you ring a mobile number which never answers- this is frustrating and makes one think it must be robots. Confirmation of appointment does not need to be sent two or three times: the same applies to quotes.

Alex and Andrew were prompt and professional. They listened to my explanation of the issue and answered all my questions. The terracotta tiles have come up well and should now be well sealed against the infiltration of moisture. Thank you.

Daniel and his assistant were awesome - so thorough and very considerate, punctual and left no mess! They did a great job, very pleased! Thank you so much

Michael did a great job of the difficult task of removing horizontal tiles overlapping vertical tiles along a windowsill. He did not damage the patterned vertical tiles. He replaced 17 tiles and re-grouted above the kitchen bench area.

Alex and his team were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

We are happy with the job as advised yesterday but, when we were able to walk into the bathroom at about 4pm, we discovered a broken tile. We have a spare but a replacement would definitely show up as the other tiles are faded although it is nice to have them really clean. I don't think anything can be done about it but wanted to express my disappointment that we were not told about the damage as I thought we had established a good rapport with the technicians who were courteous and professional. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. Pat.

Amazing experience and I hire a lot of trades men for my Property Styling business. Fantastic reliable service and amazing job

I had Sam clean/buff/seal my hardwood floors. His quality of work was excellent. My floors look amazing !! Sam was very communicative and client service was exceptional. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to have this work done.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. We had our entire lower floor of newly laid travertine cleaned and then sealed and the result was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend these guys to all. Top quality work and no fuss. Thank you for a great job

This is my first time to engage Tile and Grout Pro to regrout and clean a limestone paved long front footpath. The quality of the work done by Areef and his assistant seemed to be very good - they thoroughly removed the disintegrating old grout and replaced it with new grout that I hope is better quality than the original. They then cleaned and sealed the entire area. Overall, I am happy with the work done by Areef and his assistant. This job was done over 3 days, in stages, and as best I could tell, each stage was done competently and with proper tools and materials. I would note that the administration side of my experience was disjointed, and this was not Areef's fault. This company uses a sort of automated booking system that only sent me the documented quote the morning of the job start, and what was supposed to be a 9 am start did not happen until 2 pm on that day. I was unable to connect to anyone via the number provided on the quote, so I felt that it would have been difficult to communicate any changes in my schedule to the coordinator(s) of the job. Fortunately I was at home all day every day of this job so this issue did not impact on me in a practical sense. Also, the admin process was very pushy for payment even before the job had been completed, and I did not find that to be good business practice. Areef to his credit worked around the issues with the admin process by calling me to let me know when they would be arriving and by clearly stating when they would be back for the next stage. He also took the initiative to call the billing contact so that at least I could speak directly with the office person requesting early payment.

Great guy to deal with

I was pleased with the cleaning and sealing of my sandstone area. The technician was polite and kept me informed of the kind progress.

great, thank you
