If the cause of the gas smell is not a minor issue, and will involve more comprehensive works to repair, we will discuss with the customer and provide a quote separately for this before carrying out any further works. In the case of a gas leak, if it is safe and practical to do so, turn off the gas at the meter and then follow by ensuring all appliances are turned off in the house. Most of our customers require us to supply the product, which we are happy to do. Please just advise when making the booking.
