How do I use CEER services?

Answer
You can simply book online or download the app from Google play or App store. Then provide your vehicle location, pick the service you need, choose the type, pick the time and date and then set and relax. or else you can book on our Instagram page through "Book Now" button

Can I subscribe for 1 month only and then cancel?

Answer
Yes, you can cancel anytime you like, no commitment and no cancelation fees

What if my vehicle is not cleaned very well?

Answer
We take vehicle washing and caring very seriously, you can contact our customer support at support@ceer.ae or whatsapp us at 0547122746 and we will take care of that

I have something urgent? can i cancel my booking?

Answer
You can only cancel your booking within 1 hour in advance, after that, CEER has the right to deduct the full amount of the booking

Can I wash my vehicle only once?

Answer
Yes, you can wash it once anytime you prefer, or you can subscribe to our monthly plan

Can I wash my vehicle 2 times a month?

Answer
Yes, you can do that by booking twice as per your convenient. The monthly model will only be available for 4 times and more

Where shall I park my vehicle?

Answer
Any accessible location, where our field washer can easily see it and being able to clean it without any disturb

How can I make sure the vehicle is not scratched or damaged?

Answer
Using our website for booking or our app, you can upload photos of your vehicle as evidence and our field workers will take photos before and after cleaning to confirm the vehicle was cleaned in proper way without any damage or scratches. If any problem in the vehicle, CEER will compensate the damage as per our terms and conditions
